We allow cancellations and changes to orders within 24 hours of you placing your order.

If you request a cancellation within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount of the order.

If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed the order, we cannot cancel or change it. This is because we process and ship most orders within 24 hours of them being placed (REFUNDS are issued within 72 hours).

Our return policy is valid for 30 days, starting from the date you placed your order.

We accept returns of all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure your satisfaction with your purchases.

We are confident that our carefully selected premium assortment will meet or exceed your expectations, but if you wish to make a return – please contact our support team at info@mjukafotterr.onmicrosoft.com, and we will respond within 24 hours to assist you with the process.

What happens if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We will fix it if that happens. We are very careful in selecting manufacturers for our carefully curated collections. If you discover a defect or damage to the item, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the item, and we will resolve it with you.

We offer free shipping throughout Sweden. For each order, you will receive an estimated delivery time. This time is preliminary, but we always work hard to adhere as closely as possible to the estimated delivery time.
